Submarine de Chocolate
Components
- 1/4 cup (tea) of chopped chocolate (250 g)
- Six cinnamon sticks
- Three paper drinking straws
- 1 ice tray with 12 compartments
Mode of preparation
- Place the chocolate in a heat-resistant glass jar and microwave it on medium power, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring between each until fully melted.
- Fill the ice tray with chocolate and place it in the freezer for only 5 minutes to set. In the meantime, cut the straws in half and set them aside.
- Take the mold out of the freezer and insert the straws and cinnamon sticks into the middle of each chocolate cube. Return it to the freezer and let it chill for at least 10 minutes to set.
- To shape them, carefully draw each submarine through the straw (or cinnamon stick). The submarines stay solid for up to two hours at room temperature without melting.
- To serve, dip a submarine into a mug of hot milk and stir until it melts.
